Q: Where are you located? 

A: We are located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and ship from there by PostNL.

Q: Can I pay with iDEAL?

A: Of course! Please just go through all the checkout steps, and at the end you will see an option to pay with iDEAL, along with other payment methods.

Q: How to use a discount code?

A: You can enter your discount code at the end of the checkout, after you've entered your shipping address. There will be a special field for a discount code. ;)

Q: Can I pay with Klarna?

A: Yes if you are based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Austria. Due to Klarna regulations, as a Dutch shop we cannot provide Klarna payment option in the other countries yet.

Q: Is all your jewelry waterproof?

A: While we aim at selling only waterproof jewelry, at the moment some of our products are not waterproof. Please check the description of the product you are interested in: waterproof products have a note about it in the description, and the material of these products is stainless steel. Other products are gold or silver plated, so it's advised to avoid contact with water to preserve their shine for longer.
