💌 Returning Your Order? We've Got You Covered!

We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here's your guide to sending pieces back with ease and confidence, wherever you are:

📩  Let Us Know First: register your return 

Email us at love@reginajewelry.co within 14 days of receiving your order if you'd like to return or exchange an item. We’re a small brand, and we handle every return personally. Once your return is registered, we’ll provide you with the return address for our warehouse. Unannounced returns may be delayed or not accepted — and we don’t want that for you!

Return Journey in 3 Steps:

① Email us → ② Pack & ship → ③ Get refund (3-5 days after arrival)

📦 Prepare Your Package

  • Reuse the original envelope your order came in, or use a small padded envelope to keep it eco-friendly and secure.

  • Make sure the item is safely packaged and sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

  • We can only accept returns that are in decent, undamaged shape, so let’s keep it looking as fabulous as when it arrived! 

  • Include your order number and name inside the package — this helps us process your return much faster!

🚚 Choose the Right Shipping Option

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense. No worries though, we’ve got tips to keep it affordable!

  • For smaller orders, the cheapest option is usually an untracked letter post. It's reliable, though delays can happen now and then.
    ⏳ Please note: We only process refunds once the return arrives safely at our office.

  • For larger or more valuable orders, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option. It gives both of us peace of mind and makes your return journey stress-free.

⏳ Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. The exact timing depends on your financial provider

❌ Order Cancellations

We know things change, but once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away (thanks to our speedy fulfillment team!). Unfortunately, that means we’re not able to cancel orders. But hey, if you ever need to return something, we’ve got a smooth process for that!

⚠️ Important: Custom-Made Pieces Can’t Be Returned

Since these pieces are specially created just for you, they’re a little extra special and unfortunately can’t be returned. We’re all about giving you something unique, and we hope you’ll love it just as much as we do!
